071704 Attended a Birthday Party for Stella, CometGirl63's MINI. The time went quickly. It is always a good time spent with other AtlantaMINI owners. Would of liked to have stayed longer, but we had a AtlantaMINI mountain run to attend to the next day. We had a great turn out and the weather was beautiful the day of the run. Lot's of MINIs, curves and conversation.

112804 Started working on the parade graphics.
113004 I had a INDI Blue loaner while Bean was in for repair. It was kinda funny....I was taking care of chores outside when the Christmas lights came on. Well I noticed all the reflections going on with the MINI and had to get out my Camera. Okay now I know how BlacknBlue, Phil_Kidd and westcoaster get all those great refective shots. LOL!
120404 The parade was the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta parade. It's the second biggest Christmas parade in the US. The parade route went thru the middle of Atlanta and ended up at Centennial Olympic Park. People were 4 to 5 deep on both sides of the street for most of the route. It was also televised on the local ABC affiliate. Too bad we didn't get much airtime. Bean was shown during the pre-parade show and in the credits at the end of the parade. Minimom and CometGirl most of the credit for the great looking antlers. They are carved out of blue foam, covered with felt and then attached to a felt tube that wraps inside of the car. The two ends of the tube velcro together. Every tube is color matched to the roof color of the car. I'm telling you they are a work of art. Everyone also had reindeer noses attached to the grills. With of course Rudolph having a red one. E.T. and I worked on the design for the graphics.I think they came out quite nicely. Getting ready for the parade with a two week window was a lot of work, but we pulled it off.It was a memorable experience.
