Hornguys was celebrating his Birthday with a drive and dinner a Two Brothers Barbeque. A group of us joined him in this celebration. It was one of the best runs I’ve been on in a long time. What a beautiful day to spend motoring with good friends.

A few of ventured up to the Dragon today. It was a pre-MOTD 2006 run. We had a lot of fun.We picked up others on the way and met with more at the Cross Roads of Time. Gotta love those Dragon Burgers!

MOTD was a lot of fun this year. We had a blast with Bean's secret gift contest. Had over 50 people and 27 MINIS over at the motorcycle cabin for a low country boil. Lost our water supply just after we got the water for the boil. TMF!

I had somuch fun today. A few of ran up to the Dragon to havr lunch witn queenB, Cooper & Hotelcalif. I laughed so hard at the Gap when we had lunch. QueenB and I got a eye full. We has to start a judging competition. LOL! And yes CometGirl63 was stoking our fire.

Well we took a road trip to Treasure Island in Florida to see Cousin John. I let E.T. drive. It was going to be a long ride. I was surprised how time went by. I had a chance to finally preset all my XM stations. Then came the first traffic jam. Damn I though...how long will this put us behind. Then I started thinking...Hey I've got my Alien outfit in the back seat. I put it on and the fun began. Remember, this is the weekend coming up to the 4th of July. Everyone seemed to have cameras or cell phone cameras. It was so much fun watching the expressions of passing motorists. It got to the point that I was looking forward to the next traffic jam.

Not the day I planned. My buddy Jerome came by to pick Bean & I up.....on a roll back. We caught up on the past month. He was pleased to tell me we had AC this time, and next time we may even have a radio. Please let's not plan that yet! Eric , David & Jeff took great care of us when we arrived at Global. Very special thank you to Eric Peters. I had a LY/W MINI (Sorbet) to drive while Bean was away. Stopped on the way home for gas and the attendant proceeded to sing me a beach Boy song "Kokomo" while I pumped gas. CRAZY! What's even more crazy is it was a year from the day he was built.

KK 's birthday was today! What better thing to do than get a few MINIs together and head to the Dragon for a run. I was beanless, so I took Sorbet to the Dragon. It was a workout coming from a MCS JCW to a MINI 5 spd. First time at the Dragon without E.T. It's not as much fun without him motoring with me. It was a good day with great friends.

Headed back up to the Dragon for the weekend. I had Bean and E.T. had Dogs Bollocks. It was fun both having cars to drive. Met up with a couple of E.T.'s civic buddies. Got comped lunch at the Dragon Den Grill. Hmmmm Dragon Burgers, doesn't get any better than this.

Damn! It hasn't been a year and I will be replacing my tires today. This will be my second set of Yokohama Paradas. I didn't last 2K with run flats. I'm just having to much fun motoring!

A few of us from the AtlantaMINIS decided to caravan to Memphis to do leg 8 of MTTS to Nashville. It was a lot of fun and it was good to see familiar faces along the way.
